In commemorative floristry, these beautiful bleached Protea plants with the name Susanne Rosette are regularly used for funeral arrangements for the memorial days of Sunday in the Dead and All Souls' Day. The open flower heads are reminiscent of small sunflowers and were carefully dried and preserved after their harvest.
