The red-rimmed tree sponge, also called Fomitopsis pinicola, is characterized by a heavily lignified top with a structure reminiscent of annual rings and a bottom with soft lamellae. The natural article has been dried and preserved in such a way that it can still be moved easily so that you can process it individually.

For example, the light brown tree fungus can complement a rustic Christmas arrangement with fir green, walnuts and cones and can even be used for the roof or side walls when building a DIY Christmas crib.
