In the 1970s, however, we were amazed when we saw the first broccoli. Green cauliflower? The healthy import from Italy, like the Brassica oleracea, so botanical, was initially only known there in Europe and came from Asia Minor. It wasn't long before the green broccoli was everywhere. And so it is simply wonderful that you can now use this vegetable wonderfully with this artificial counterpart to decorate your restaurant! The decorative broccoli is made of high-quality polyresin and has deceptively real features. The shape and color scheme appear extremely authentic.
