This craft set contains everything you need for a felt garland: 13 yellow pennants with letters, which together form the words “HAPPY BIRTHDAY”, two orange felt balloons that can frame the writing and a jute cord to string all the elements on.
Hang the bunting in one strand as a lettering or divide the words on two levels for your birthday wall decoration.
