With this exotic natural material you can add a new, exotic accent to almost every decoration! The Buddha Nuts are washed in white and are also called Buddha Nuts. They come as fruits from the tree species of the same name, which is botanically also called Pterygota alata. The nuts are harvested, dried and pitted; the wedge-shaped opening and the hard, woody shell remain, which also make the nuts look very nice as table decorations.
The Buddha nut is often used in funeral floristry to be incorporated into a funeral arrangement or a memorial bouquet for the remembrance days of All Souls' Day and commemorations of the dead. Due to the white-colored surface, the dry nut harmonizes particularly well with a graceful mourning decoration. You can also fill the shell-like opening and the hollowed-out inner area very creatively and even plant small succulents or cacti there. The whole thing looks wonderful as a window decoration on the window sill.
