The real cypress, also called Cupressus sempervirens or Mediterranean cypress, forms unusual, egg-shaped cones that are wonderful for crafting and decorating due to their exotic look. These frosted cypress cones in dark red, for example, refine dignified grave arrangements and mourning wreaths for the commemorations of the dead or All Saints' Day. The natural decoration can be combined very nicely with other exotic items such as lotus bulbs, bell cups and coconut shells. The white frost effect looks particularly elegant on the dark Bordeaux.

The spherical cypress cones also make a wonderful natural scatter decoration on the festive Christmas table, which you can complement with fir greens, walnuts and dried orange slices.
