4. Safety instructions
4.1 General safety instructions
Be careful when using open fire!
Use only in a stable, upright position.
Keep away from flammable materials.
4.2 Notes on use
Never leave candles burning unattended.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Place only on heat-resistant, non-flammable surfaces.
Do not use in drafts or near fans.
Ventilate the room after use to avoid the accumulation of fragrances.
4.3 Notes for multiple candles
Keep a distance of at least 10 cm between burning candles.
4.4 Further warnings
Before lighting, shorten the wick to approx. 1 cm.
Extinguish the candle before it has completely burned down (approx. 1 cm of remaining wax).
Do not move hot, liquid wax.
Do not leave any foreign objects such as matches or wick remnants in the liquid wax mass.
If smoke develops or the flame becomes excessive, extinguish the candle and trim the wick.
