This elongated, large loofah is on a stem and is colored golden yellow. This is the fibrous interior of the so-called sponge gourd, also known as loofah aegyptiaca. These fibers are not only used as decoration, as here, but also often actually as a sponge. The elongated, cucumber-like plant is reminiscent of cotton candy due to its fiber structure and is also placed on a wooden handle. You can then easily place the eye-catching dry plant in a high floor vase and add to existing flower arrangements.

But also put into the potting soil for a houseplant, the dried decorative plant brings a chic accent to the room decoration. Of course, you can also put the loofah fruit in a gift basket, a bouquet of flowers or in an autumnal room decoration. It can be combined very nicely with a pumpkin and some autumn leaves!
