This bleached palm fiber is a particularly versatile tool in floristry and decoration. The natural material is also called Africa and is obtained from the leaves of the African dwarf palm. During the drying process, the organically grown leaf fibers and veins remain, which give the material its natural appearance. The palm leaf at hand has also been carefully bleached. At the same time, care has been taken to preserve the shape of the palm leaf itself, which has preserved the fluffiness of the fabric.

The result is a thin mat made of natural fiber, which is wonderfully suitable as a base for floral decorations. Use it to lay out containers loosely so that you can then fill them with creations that harmonize with the natural foundation made of leaf fiber. When the fringes peek out on the sides of the bowl, you have underlined the closeness to nature of your workpiece in a particularly elegant way. Of course, the natural article can also be used in an unusual way. You can pluck, twist, braid or spin the natural material and use it like any other fiber.
