Plant cushion heart moss and cones, washed white 25 × 25cm

The plant cushion with the heart made of moss and cones turns grave decorations into a loving, personal message. The decorative heart consists of a square metal frame to which the dried natural moss was tied. The white washed decorative cones frame half of the planter very tastefully. The heart for planting in the middle is already lined with a metal foil.
